Maintain and improve your physical health by attending our new fitness classes and personal training programs. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase strength and endurance, improve your self image or just feel better in general, our fitness and training programs are designed for varied fitness levels.

Fitness Classes

Aqua Aerobics

A low-impact workout filled with fun and music designed to get your heart pumping while strengthening and stretching your muscles.

Fitness Hike

A blend of hiking and flexibility/strengthening exercises on our beautiful grounds and the Moses Cone Trails.

Flow Yoga

Focuses on alignment and synchronizes the body's motions with the breath, This synchronization results in a steady workout and increases mental focus.

 

Hike for Health

Our knowledgeable fitness guides will lead you on some of the most beautiful trails in the country for approximately 2 hours each morning, varying the terrain and speed based on guests' skill and fitness levels. Length varies depending on destination; charge for this guided hike is $20.

Pilates

A series of exercises performed on a mat with emphasis on integrating all the muscles of the body with all movement originating from the core. Pilates helps create long, lean muscles, and improves flexibility, balance and muscle control.

Pump and Flex

This fun and challenging class will tone and strengthen your entire body. We will work all major muscles groups by combining weights, bands, fitness balls and body weight.

Quick Fit

A 50-minute total body workout combining cardio, strength-training and flexibility. If the weather is nice, class will be held outside; otherwise, class will be held in the fitness studio or the gym.

Yoga

Classes include postures that strengthen, tone and increase flexibility through a slow, gentle approach that emphasizes alignment. Classes with Sherri are 90 minutes.

Yoga Hike

The Moses Cone Trails are the perfect backdrop for this combination class. We will hike to increase heat in the body while building strength and flexibility through yoga postures.

Zumba

This class features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you're getting fit and your energy is soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
